We developed a smart communication and dispute resolution platform that streamlines interactions between accounting firms and their vendors. The system allows firms to import tax and invoice data, automatically detect mismatches, and notify vendors instantly. Vendors access a secure portal to track disputes, leave remarks, and collaborate directly with the firm’s team. By centralizing communication, maintaining a complete dispute history, and improving transparency, the platform ensures faster resolutions, stronger vendor relationships, and enhanced operational efficiency.
