Yiannis Foods and Wines is a leading wholesaler and distributor of food, non-food, liquor, and wine products. As business operations expanded, managing inventory, customer orders, vendor relationships, and deliveries across four separate Microsoft Access databases became increasingly inefficient. Manual processes, duplicate data, and fragmented workflows created operational bottlenecks, inventory discrepancies, delayed order fulfillment, and limited business visibility. 

GiniLytics partnered with Yiannis Foods and Wines to build a centralized B2B ERP platform that successfully consolidated four legacy databases into one integrated solution. The platform digitizes wholesale operations by connecting customer management, inventory, procurement, order processing, payments, fulfillment, and delivery tracking through dedicated Admin and Customer portals.
