Custom DME Rental Management System

Overview

A West Coast supplier of wound care equipment for rent and purchase with a unique business model was outgrowing the ability to manage their business using Google Sheets and email. They approached GiniLytics with their business problem and existing workflows, and within several months they migrated their daily operations to a completely new custom application modeled explicitly on their unique business processes.

The application is used by field technicians on iPads when visiting skilled nursing facilities that use their equipment, and reports are automatically sent back to the office staff who can use the information from the field to do billing and other administrative activities. The application has now been used for more than 20,000 live field audits and saved several times that many manual emails from having to have been sent.
