Overview

Grantuity Operations CRM is a role-based CRM and operations management platform designed to streamline the complete lifecycle from Lead → Client → Project → Workspace → Deliverables → Reporting. The application unifies core CRM functionality with structured project execution, internal collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and AI-assisted tools—making it a centralized operating system for both internal teams and clients.

The platform supports multiple business units including Funding Acquisition (FAU) and Revenue Expansion & Contracting (RECU), with strict role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring each user only sees what they are authorized to view. It manages end-to-end workflows such as lead qualification, client onboarding, project template creation, milestone tracking, task automation, deliverable approvals, and centralized messaging—all within one secure portal.

A scalable and future-ready architecture has been planned to support automation-heavy operations, AI-enabled grant and proposal workflows, and enterprise-level reporting. The system significantly reduces manual coordination, improves traceability of documents and decisions, and increases operational efficiency by standardizing execution across teams and business units.
